I CANT FIND A GARMENT THAT I WANT FROM YOUR LOOKBOOK IN YOUR SHOP. WHERE CAN I BUY IT?
You can send us an email on firstname.lastname@example.org where we will be able to inform you if this product can be made to order. This will be dependent on the yarns we stock. We are more than happy to receive additional requests such as colours, sizes, and style.
MY SIZE IS NOT AVAILABLE ON YOUR WEBSITE. IS IT POSSIBLE TO REQUEST AN ADDITIONAL SIZE?
IS IT POSSIBLE TO PLACE AN ORDER FOR A GARMENT FROM YOUR PAST SEASON LOOKBOOKS?
There is a possibility that we might hold some stock on the garments you want from past seasons. However, depending on the yarns available, we might be able to knit the garment as a custom order for no additional cost.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ORDER?
Please send us an email informing us of your return within 15 days of receiving the order. Following our response, please post the package in a suitable condition via tracked delivery. Please read our Shipping & Returns guidelines.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO CHANGE MY MIND REGARDING THE GARMENTS I BOUGHT?
If you are within the UK,you have 15 days to email us with a return request. If you are based outside the UK, you have 20 days.

DO YOU MAKE CUSTOM MADE GARMENTS?
Our director, Yakshi attends to custom made orders for customers who would like something special for an occasion or something that they might not be able to find elsewhere. To discuss your requirements, please contact us with the subject 'Custom Order Request'. You can expect a response within 24 hours. Please note that you would be required to come into our studio for initial fittings so we can make sure everything fits well.
HOW DO I USE MY DISCOUNT CODE?
If you have a discount code, enter your unique number at the checkout stage when prompted and your discount will be applied automatically.

We take additional request from our customers for orders. Should you wish to enquire about availability of a certain item, please send us an email with the item name and we should be able to assist you.
HOW AND WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE?
Our garments are all currently produced in Britain. However, we are looking to expand in the near future to be able to make our products more accessible to our customers. You will always find the information about manufacture of products on our website in the ‘About Us’ section.
Our garments are all currently produced using Hand Knitting Machines (Domestic Machines), which is very labour intensive. We dedicate a lot of time and attention to each of our pieces. Each garment takes roughly about 2-3 days to finish. We currently work on freelance basis with graduates and also students who have done placements with us, which help them keep knit busy. We believe this is a great way to help them out with experience while they are looking out for jobs. In addition, most of the pieces are knit by the designer herself.
WHY DO YOUR MADE TO ORDER GARMENTS HAVE A LONGER DELIVERY PERIOD?
As the garments are produced when the order is received, using hand-knitting machines, it takes slightly longer. Each garment takes upto 3 days to finish due to the artisanal element in our designs.
