Collection | You are welcome to collect your order during working hours from our studio based in Nottingham. Please select this option on the checkout page.
*Orders will be dispatched the following day. For orders placed on Saturday, products will be dispatched on Monday.
Returns (Please look to your right for the steps to making a return)
If you are in any way unsatisfied with your order please get in touch.
You must return the product within 15 days from the date of receiving the order. You must notify us of the return before or after returning the order by filling the form to your right. For international orders, returns must be made within 20 days from the date of receiving the order. Once this time period passes, no returns or exchanges will be accepted. As our deliveries are tracked, we are notified when the order reaches our customers.
To be eligible for a return, your garment must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including all tags. You will also need to return the original invoice.
For your own protection, you are advised to obtain proof of posting. We will not compensate for returned packages lost in the return shipping. Any shipping charges incurred when returning the item are your responsibility.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days (depending on your bank).
If your item is deemed faulty, damaged or defected we will provide you with a replacement as soon as possible. In this event we will also refund you the cost of returning the item to us upon receiving proof of postage. If you do not require a replacement, we will refund you the total cost of the original order in addition to the cost of returning the item to us, upon the receipt of proof of postage.
Please note that items damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
Our garment need to be cared for to ensure that they do not shrink or become misshaped through machine and hand washing methods. As such, we will not accept responsibility for damaged items should you neglect to take care. Garment care instructions can be found on the inside care label of your garment.
Please note that we will not refund additional duties, taxes or any additional charges you may have.
In the event of a size not fitting, we will be happy to exchange it for another size. You will be required to pay for the shipping of the returned garments, however you will not be required to pay for the shipping of the replacement garment. Please send along the relevant information with the product such as size, colour etc.
If you are based in the EU, in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you are entitled to cancel your order up to and including 7 working days after receiving your order. You must however, provide a written request of cancellation within this period. A full refund will be given however you must return the goods at your own cost.

Post the item via tracked/signed for service - we strongly advise tracked or signed for so the package does not get lost in transit as this will be the customer's responsibility.
Returns will be processed within 2 days from receiving the package (you will be informed of the refund via email). If you have requested an exchange, we will send the product out to you within 3-4 working days.
