We aim to dispatch the yarns within 3-5 working days. We offer the following delivery services :

RETURNS POLICY


For any reason if on receipt of your order, you do not like the colour or the quality of the yarn they can be returned to us within a period of 14 working days from receipt of the order (UK and International orders). 

The customer is liable for any return shipping costs. Please use a trackable, signed for service for proof.

Please email us (through the ‘get in touch’ above) in advance of returning the goods. Please note that we weigh all our yarns prior to dispatch so any used yarns will be returned back to you.

Products must be sent back within 14 days of receipt (UK and International deliveries).

Any returns made after 14 working days will not be accepted.

Shipping costs are not refunded unless items are faulty.

We are not liable for any lost pieces unless faulty.

For orders outside of the EU, we cannot refund any sales tax or customs duties payable.

We do not offer refunds for any patterns and courses once they are purchased.

Overseas Returns

To return items from overseas, we would strongly recommend that you use a secure trackable courier service such as FedEx, DHL and UPS to return your items to us. We cannot be held responsible for any items which do not reach us, so it is advisable that you use a trackable service. Please note that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments outside the EU. 

Exchanges

All exchanges must be sent back within 14 days of receipt (UK and International deliveries).

If you would like to exchange your item, please state which items you would like to exchange for, and why.

If the value of the new Product(s) exceeds the original value of the Product(s), you will be required to pay the difference. Should the value of the new Product(s) be lower than the original value, the difference will be refunded to the original card used for the Order.  

We cannot accept responsibility for any items lost or stolen in transit. Please note that unidentified returns will be returned to the sender and will not be refunded. You will be charged the shipping fee to send the exchange out to you and will not be refunded any return or shipping fees.
